- We issue refunds for our digital products and programs exclusively within 7 days of the original purchase of the product with the condition that the Client fills out an exit survey.
- Exclusions to the 7-day refund policy apply to all clients who purchase a trial. Once the trial period is over your membership or course purchase will become active and refunds will not be processed under any circumstance and without exception.
- This includes but is not limited to clients who request a refund because they changed their minds, fail to cancel their trial or no longer wish to have access to the products.
We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:
- A refund has been requested during a 7-day refund period (via email or website chat).
- After 7 days of the original purchase of the product, we will not, under any circumstances deliver partial or full refunds of digital products or memberships.
